Payments:
We accept credit card payments and Paypal payments. If you would like to purchase something and pay by check or money order, please contact me at amy@brooklynsbowtique.com. If paying by check or money order, your item will be shipped once the funds have cleared our bank. If your check is returned for any reason, you will be charged a $25 service fee.
Shipping:
All packages are shipped via priority mail. You will receive a confirmation and estimated ship date shortly after we receive your order and payment. We will ship within 1-5 business days after payment is received. We will strive to make it as early as possible. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email notifying you with your tracking number.
Returns/Refunds:
All sales are final. Returns will not be accepted unless there was an error in packaging.
Local Pickup:
If you would like to order something and are local, we will work with you on picking the product up. Please contact me at amy@brooklynsbowtique.com regarding this.
Custom Made Items:
Don't see something you want? Contact me at amy@brooklynsbowtiqe.com or 309-444-6061 and I will love to work with you to make you something you absolutely love.
Gripper:
Gripper can be added to any bow. The gripper helps the bows to stay in fine hair. If there is no selection for it, just write it in the comment section when checking out.
Placement of Clip Preference:
If you have a preference on which side the clip will go in the child's hair, please email me after placing your order and I will place the clip on the preferred side.
Wholesale Accounts:
If you would like to become a wholesaler of Brooklyn's Bowtique hair bows, please email me and I will send you the information I need for you to fill out. Once approved, you will receive terms and conditions and your discount code.
